TICKETS - MountainTopBrewFest is a ticketed event. All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are transferable. If you unable to attend, you are welcome to change the name of the ticket holder and let a friend attend on your behalf. This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend the event due to inclement weather. There will be NO REFUND on any unused portion of the BEER CARD ticket, eg if you don’t sample the maximum number of beers. There will be NO REFUND on any unused portion of the any ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide to leave early or to not attend. Tickets will be marked off at entry; pre purchased tickets will only be able to be redeemed once. Please ensure you bring a copy of your Trybooking ticket with you on the day.
BOOKING FEES - Event booking fees are calculated by our booking agent Trybooking and are out of our control.
ENTRY - You will be asked for ID at the festival entrance. Please ensure you can provide proof of legal drinking age. Failure to do so will result in Refusal of entry/service, No refunds will be given to minors with a pre-purchased cards. We reserve the right to evict patrons who disobey or break Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and the law. Police have been invited to attend. Any minor under 18 cannot enter except in company with a responsible adult in accordance with the Liquor Act. Wristbands will be attached at the gate and must be worn for the duration of the Event. Admission is at the ticket holders own risk. You acknowledge that neither the venue nor event coordinators will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees.
ALCOHOL - The Event is a licensed event. BYO alcohol will NOT be permitted within the Event precinct. Bags will be searched at the Event precinct entry points if necessary. Any person found to be involved in underage drinking or caught with BYO alcohol within the Event precinct will have their wristband removed, issue will involve Police notification, and evicted from the Event site. Guardians of any minors involved will also have their wristband removed and be evicted from the Event site. If a Taxi is called the cost of this will be the responsibility of the ones evicted.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - Illegal substances or any item the Event organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated and referred to the Police. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the Event, without refund.
PARKING - Limited parking is available on site at the Ferny Creek Reserve. This is free of charge. The car park is not part of the festival zone.
PHOTOGRAPHY - Still cameras are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to being included in any film and/or professional photography that may take place and agree that these photographs can to be used by the Event organiser to help promote the event in years to come.
VENUE - We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing. This includes when conditions are a risk to patrons attending eg Bushfire (High Fire danger day)
CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR - You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner, towards any person or property.
